                                   कैंसर ऐसी भयानक बीमारी है, जिसकी लपेट में आकर बहुत सरे लोग अपनी जान गवा चुके है।  कैंसर भी बहुत तरहं का होता है , जिसमे से एक है लंग कैंसर : मतलब फेफड़ों का कैंसर।  पूरी दुनिया में पुरुषों और औरतों में फेफड़ों का कैंसर , कैंसर से होने वाली मौतें का सबसे आम कारण है।  

                                                        लंग कैंसर का कारण

इस कैंसर का मुख्य कारण सिगरेटनोशी को माना जाता है।  ज्यादा सिगरेटनोशी और नशे का ज्यादा सेवन करने से जब टार की मात्रा बढ़ बद जाती है।  लंग कैंसर को बढ़ाने वाले कार्सिनोमा केमिकल्स सगरतीसिगरेट में ही पाये जाते है।  सिगरेटनोशी करने वाले 10 में से 9 वयक्तियों को फेफड़ों का कैंसर होने की सम्भावना होती है।  रोगी को साँस लेने में दिकत होती है , शति में दर्द और थूंक के साथ खून निकलता है।  दरअसल फेफड़ों को साँस पोहचाने वाली पाइप ब्लॉक हो जाती है 

                                                   कैसे बढ़ता है यह कैंसर

                              फेफड़ों का कैंसर एक रोग है जो फेफड़ों के टिशुओं में काबू न होने वाले कोशिकाओं के बढ़ने से पहचाना जाता है।  आम तोर पर लंग कैंसर कार्सिनोमा कहे जाने वाले कुछ बाहरी कारणों से बढ़ता है।  यह फेफड़ों मैं कैंसरयुक्त सेलओं (cells) को जरुरत से ज्यादा बढ़ाता है 
                       कन्ट्रोल न होने की स्थिति में यह ट्यूमर (tumer ) का निर्माण करता है।  जैसे-जैसे कैंसर बढ़ता है , यह फेफड़ों के नजदीकी हिस्सों को नशत् करता है।  धीरे-धीरे यह शारीर के बाकि हिस्सों को भी नुकसान पहुंचना शुरू कर देता है। 


                                                   लंग कैंसर के लक्षण 

• इस कैंसर के आम लक्षण खुनी खांसी और साँस का फूलना है। 

• वजन काम होना 
• बलगम की समस्या जल्दी खत्म न होना। 
• चेस्ट मैं दर्द रहना। 
• बनक्राइटिस या निमोनियां जो लगातार ठीक नहीं हो रहा। 
• भूख का काम लगना या वजन काम होना। 

• थकावट महसूस होना

             इन लोगों को होता है कैंसर का जयदा खतरा

•  सिगेरट पाइप, सिगार, बीड़ी पिने वालों को लंग कैंसर का खतरा   ज्यादा होता है  जेकर धुआं फेफड़ों तक न भी जाये तो भी गले और मुंह के कैंसर के फैलने का खरता जरूर होता है।  

•  सगरत्तेनोशि करने वाले वाले लोग अपने आस-पास के लोगों को भी लपेट में ले लेते है इसका सबसे ज्यादा खतरा छोटे बच्चों को होता है.
• जो लोग रेडान गैस, एस्बेस्टस, यूरेनियम, आर्सेनिक और पेट्रोल की ररिफिेनरई ( oil refighnary) यं कारखानों में काम करते है

• टीवी का इलाज ठीक न होने के कारण यं जेकर मरीज टीवी का इलाज बीच में ही छोड़ दे तो ऐसे में फेफड़ों के कैंसर की सम्भावना बड़ जाती है।

                                              कैंसर का इलाज 

                 चेस्ट की रेडिओग्रफी (radiography) और सी.टी स्कैन के जरिये फेफड़ों के कैंसर को देखा जा सकता है।  इसका इलाज सर्जरी, कीमोथेरेपी और रेडियोथैरेपी से किया जाता है पर यह व्यक्ति की सेहत और बीमारी की स्टेज पर निर्भर करता है। 

                                                          कुछ घरेलु नुस्के

          खाने-पिने की आदतों में तबदीली और नशे की लत को छोड़ कर मरीज बहुत अछि तरह जिंदगी व्यतीत कर सकता है. आस-पास का वातावरण हानिकारक गैस मुक्त हो तो भी फेफड़ों के कैंसर की सम्भावना बहुत काम हो जाती है इसके आलावा आप कुछ घरेलु नुस्के भी अपना सकते है.

• फेफड़ों के कैंसर के मरीजों के लिए कच्ची सब्जियां, फल खाना बहुत ही फायदेमंद होता है। 
• साफ-स्वच पानी पिए। 
• सिटरस और खट्टे फलों का जूस पिए। 
• रेड मीट बिलकुल न खाये। 

सिगरेटनोशी को हमेशा के लिए त्याग दे।

      कच्ची ईंटो को मजबूत बनाने और कमजोरी से बचाने के लिए ईंटो को ऊँचे तापमान और भट्टी में पकाया जाता है।  भट्टी में तापमान 875 से 900 डिग्री सेंटीग्रेड होता है। ऊँचे तापमान पर लोहा और अन्य धातुएं के "Oxide Aluminade Silica" के साथ मिलकर रासायनिक बंधन बनाते है। इस तरह कच्ची ईंट की रासायनिक रचना बदल जाती है और लाल रंग की हो जाती है।  इसी को ही पक्की ईंट कहते है। पक्की ईंट 10 % छोटी हो जाती है। ऊँचे तापमान और   लोहा ऑक्सीजन के साथ मिलकर हिमेटाइट बनाता है जिसके कारण ईंट का रंग लाल हो जाता है
